- Family man with my own hotel company in Devon and Cornwall. My parents set up The Soar Mill Cove Hotel in 1978 which is where I am based along with The Rosevine in Cornwall. A chef by trade I insist on great service and best local ingredients, fun family life and enjoying company of good friends with whom I live the moment. I work hard to ensure everything we do is enviromentally positive and I am interested in all our wildlife.
